Can I send the billing codes generated by CodoniXnotes electronically to my billing service?
With our billing utility your billing company or service can have direct access on line to all your charts on a daily bases. The billing utility provides them with the E&M level and all codes captured during the encounter as well as a copy of the chart. They can then make the judgment as which codes are the most appropriate to use based on payer specificity and your clinic. If you choose not to use the billing utility, you can send a printed coding summary along with a copy of the chart. CodoniXnotes will not disrupt you normal billing process.
