Can I send Pictures on Disks made by PhotoWorks or a photo CD made by another Photo developer?

No, regretfully we cannot accept these discs because they normally have multiple copies of each file saved in different sizes. Since our systems are designed to print all of the photos on your CD, this would cause problems. Older PhotoWorks CDs and floppy disks contain images in the SFW file format which our new Digital Developing service was not designed to support. If your disc was made by PhotoWorks during or after 1999 and you have been an active customer, your photos should still be archived online so that you can order reprints online without needing to mail a disc to us.
