Can I send infiltrate ops, and will Utopiapimp do anything with them?

When an infiltrate op is posted, the thieves number is used in recalculating the tpa value in both the ‘mod tpa’ column. Furthermore, the tpa is underlined on the kingdom page, and when you mouse over it, additional data about the infiltrate op will be displayed.
