Can I send copies of documents, passport, air-ticket, etcetera, via e-mail or should I send them via regular mail?
Yes, you may send all copies via e-mail with the exception of music copies which will be handed in the competiton office in Italy. However, make sure to receive confirmation from the office in regard to the receipt and legible quality of the copies. Often these documents via scanning and e-mail are not fully legible. Just make sure that all has been received well.
