Can I send attachments in my autoresponders and email broadcasts?

The best way to do this is to create a download page. Sending attachments isn’t a good practice for two reasons. 1. Many company email addresses will automatically block any email with an attachment. 2. Depending on the size of the attachment, it could make the email take a very long time to load up. So I always recommend simply posting the file (mp3, pdf, whatever) into your web server. So that way you can provide a link for the recipient to click on and download the file to their computer keeping the size of the email to a minimum. I like to take it one step further by creating a simple “download” page. Then in your autoresponder email, simply link to the download page.
