Currently, Amazon.com gift cards are only redeemable at Amazon.com (not Amazon.co.uk , Amazon.ca and other international sites). They are always a good choice if you are sending to a recipient who lives in the US, even if you live outside of the US. Amazon.com ships internationally, but shipping rates outside of the United States may be prohibitively high. You can always check shipping rates for specific products to be shipped to the address of your recipient. In the future, we hope to offer gift cards that can be redeemed at Amazon’s non-US sites as well.
