Can I send a fax via TPC.INT and disable the coverpage?
The short answer is No. Coverpages are included with every fax sent by TPC.INT, without exception. People often suggest that they will send a fax with a coverpage as the first page of their attachment, or the recipient already has their information, or it wastes fax paper for the recipient. While these are good points, the TPC.INT service includes this coverpage as a matter of policy. The coverpage advertisement is often the incentive that gets a fax server operator to join the TPC.INT project. Without this advert, some fax servers would discontinue free service. Because of potential abuse, the coverpage also includes e-mail and contact information about the sender, and explains how the recipeint (via a web site) can find more information about TPC.INT. If you insist on sending a fax without this coverpage, you are welcome to use a fax modem and place a long distance or international call and send the fax directly without the TPC.INT service.
