Can I sell things I make with Stampin’ Up stamps?
The artwork on stamps is copyrighted. However, Stampin’ Up abides by the Angel Policy, a limited license that allows artists and crafters to use any stamp images for the purpose of creating craftworks for sale. The finished product must be hand stamped, not mass produced, and clearly marked with a Stampin’ Up copyright image, which can be found in various sets that SU sells.
