Amazon is a good place for selling books, because first of all it has a lot of customers who are looking for books. Amazon also has very small commission fees. It does not have a “listing fee”, similar to what ebay has. My suggestions for selling books on Amazon would be that, 1) Make sure the condition of your books matches the conditions that you state. If it is “used” do not list it as “like new”. 2) Make sure you select the exact right book. Check the ISBN and binding of the book. They should be EXACTLY the same. 3) Be patient and reduce your price. Usually you can get 40-50 percent of the original price. If the book is a rare book you may even get much higher than this.
