Can I sell items with Honda names or images (like the GoldWing)?
You can only sell items with Honda names or images if you are licensed by Honda to do so, or you have purchased the items from an authorized Honda licensee. If you do not have a license and attempt to sell products with Honda trademarked names and/or images, Honda has the right to require you to stop selling those items and even has the legal right to confiscate the items. If you would like to inquire about obtaining a limited license for the Hoot you can contact Pamela Beam at 310-783-3729. You will be asked to send a written request giving a description of your product. If they chose to, Honda can then send you an application. This would require submitting business projections as well as samples of your work. Their will be a licensing fee associated with any license, usually a percentage of your sales from the product.
