Can I see what happened in a virtual classroom / synchronous discussion?
Yes, archives for each day are under Virtual Classroom: Browse Archives. The resultant transcript can easily be cut-and-pasted into a word processor for analysis. This could be useful for correcting any errors that were created in the session, or used to analyse the interaction (for example students could be role-playing a job interview, or a client interaction etc).
