Yes, by contacting the teaching assistant (not the professor). If your score was extremely low and you expected to do very well, there is the possibility that you marked the wrong version number on your scantron form. Machine errors when reading the forms almost never happen, so it is extremely unlikely that you will find any other problem with the form that will result in an increase in your test score.
