Our live feed is encoded in Advanced Profile Codec for better video quality. Advanced Profile Codec is bundled with Windows Media Player 11 only and, therefore, for those who use Windows Media Player 9 or 10, you need to download the codec separately through the following link from Microsoft. http://download.microsoft.com/download/e/2/f/e2fcec4b-6c8b-48b7-adab-ab9c403a978f/wvc1dmo.cab Procedure to install the Advanced Profile Codec: Download the CAB file from the above link. Extract the files to a folder in your PC. Click Windows Start Menu; choose Run and input cmd to open a console window. Enter regsvr32 (including the space) and drag the file wvc1dmod.dll into the console window Press ENTER and a message saying like Dllregister wvc1domd.dll Successfully should appear. Restart browser and try the Live TV page.
