Yes. The Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) encourages us to work together to give the best service to your child. You can choose to see an Independent SLT while you are waiting for an NHS appointment, see both simultaneously, or opt out of NHS involvement. Receiving Independent Speech and Language Therapy does not affect your entitlement to NHS therapy in any way.
