Can I see a copy of the Inpex Agreement & Escrow Agreement?
The contractual documentation is negotiated in line with your specific transaction. Legal documents are agreed, and set up according to your specific requirements. Each transaction is different and contracts are set up especially for you, according to what is required to be in line with your application. The Inpexs as outlined in the section ‘legal frame work’ build the basics of the contract. These conditions will also be a part of the RWA that will be issued to you. You will order your set of contracts directly with a law firm or legal service provider and you will have to pay for this service directly to them to receive your contracts.
