Can I schedule the inspection in the morning or the afternoon so that I don’t have to sit at the home / business all day waiting on the inspector to show up?

We do not schedule in the am / pm format (except for concrete pours, call our office for more information); however, anyone is welcome to call our offices between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. to speak with the inspector who has their inspection on their list for the day. The inspector is not able to set a specific time for inspections, but they can give a two (2) hour time frame as to when they will be there. Inspections are conducted between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
