Can I schedule services through AusFleet?
Yes, the Maintenance and Workshop modules have comprehensive options for service scheduling and repair management. Scheduling is based on odometer/hour meter and/or time. Full workshop functionality provides automatic generation of job cards with requirement and parts allocated, timesheets, sublets, transport, cost accrual, links to inventory etc. AusFleet’s Service Matrix also manages warranty services and allows you to view a service history on screen, including any missed services, just like the manufacturers handbook. AusFleet can automatically allocate requirements and parts to each job, based on regimes and sequence and the costs, including sublets and personnel time recorded in timesheets, accrues to the job. The entire repair and maintenance history for each item is retained even after disposal and each individual job can be viewed in its original form.
