Can I scan employment eligibility documents and attach them to the electronic I-9?

No. Payroll does not accept attachments with paper I-9s and will not do so with I-9 eXpress. Attaching documents creates liability for the UI and is not required for compliance. It also creates extra cost to the University for document storage.
