Can I save money with a wireless wide area network (WWAN)?
Compared to leased lines on a bandwidth-per-dollar basis, the cost of a WWAN is much less than a leased line. Even when comparing a 100 Mbps wireless link to a T-3 (45 Mbps) line, there are tremendous cost advantages to wireless. Many of our clients typically experience ROI payback in 18 months or less compared to a leased line.
