Yes. Single-family residences are eligible for lower refuse rates if they use a 64-gallon instead of a 100-gallon refuse container. To see the current amount of this recycling incentive, see the current chart of refuse fees. There are also incentive rates for 2-4 unit residences if a duplex needs only one 64-gallon refuse container, a triplex needs only one 100-gallon refuse container, or a fourplex needs only one 100-gallon and one 64 gallon refuse container.
