No. Unfortunately, at this time, you are unable to save maps and routes directly from your iPhone. However, you can save maps and routes from your computer to your My Places account. You can then sign in to your My Places account in MapQuest 4 Mobile to view your saved maps and routes on your iPhone. For instructions, refer to How to Add to My Saved Locations and How to Use My Saved Maps & Routes.
