Yes, using an extra piece of software called Livelink Desktop that can be loaded on your PC. It integrates with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Acrobat writer by placing a Livelink button on your toolbar. One of options is Document Add/Check In, which saves straight into ArupLink.
