Can I run two aMule instances at the same time?
Yes you can, although it is not recommended. aMule will only check if the concurrent user is running some aMule instance, so you can run as many aMule instances as user accounts you have access to. To do this, just run xhost + and then su as another user and run aMule from that shell. Be aware that aMule can’t check if a user is running aMule on another X display. So, if your account is already running some aMule instance in some other X display, do not run another aMule instance on another X display or you might end up with lost configuration settings and corrupt chunks.
