SlingPlayer for PC versions prior to version 2.0 can be ran from an external storage device, such as a USB Key by copying the installed SlingPlayer folder to your storage device. SlingPlayer for 2.0 must be installed in order to be used. Since all personal information is facilitated through Sling Accounts, the SlingPlayer software can be installed on a variety of PCs without retaining your personal information. Log out of your Sling Account when you are finished with your session when on public computers.
