Yes, but you may need to lower the process priority of the openPDC to High instead of RealTime in order to prevent locking of the system on single-core machines, particularly if you’ve chosen to use a MySQL database for your openPDC configuration. There is a setting in the configuration file (openPDC.exe.config, found in the installation directory) that you can use to change the process priority of the openPDC.
