If you do run the application (using the same account) on more than one computer at the same time, then you may encounter erratic download behavior. This is not a bug in the application; it is the way that magicVORTEX was designed. If multiple computers, running the magicVORTEX application concurrently, are trying to log in to the same account at the same time (in order to download a file), then only one of those computers will be successful in initiating that file’s download. Each time a new file is ready for downloading, a different computer may download it. Thus, tracking down where that file was downloaded to, may be a source of continuous consternation.
