Although it is possible to run nLive Core on virtual OS, for applications involving heavy traffic, we do not recommend this. It also requires an additional step at installation to direct all packets arriving at a physical network interface from the switch mirror port to be routed to the virtual network interface feeding nLive Core sensor.
