No. You should never run hot water through any water filtration systems because hot water can damage the filtration media. It can dislodge sediments and deposit on the filters. The heat also enlarge the pores, thereby reducing the effectiveness of the filters. It can also cause the filtered water to carry a chlorinated odour. Besides, moulds may also grow in the filtered water that is stored in bottles for a few days indicating the ineffectiveness of the filters.
