No, the residential service is not intended for serving or excessive upstream bandwidth usage. You may not operate web, FTP, IRC, Email (etc..) servers on your FireServe account. For these uses, please contact us for a business account quote. Also, please do not leave Napster running when not in use, as Napster turns your computer into an MP3 server.
