Can I run a server, or use File Sharing software as a supernode on Everus wireless internet?
NO. Everus does not allow residential customers to operate servers of any kind over our service, nor does it allow customers to use file sharing programs if these programs are set to act as supernodes. Violation of these policies will result in a warning by telephone or email for the first offense and, if these violations are not corrected within 24 hrs, our service will be suspended. If violation of this policy occurs a second time, the customer will be turned off in accordance with the terms of our Service Agreement. Note: These policies do not apply as written here to business accounts. Residential customers can make special arrangements with Everus to allow exceptions to the above, in which case we require additional equipment and safety measures to be applied, at a cost to you. These policies are in place to protect the online experience of all your neighbours on the Everus network. Please note: Some wireless customers whose contract with us forbids this, or who are using Limited
