Can I route email from multiple domains into one Email Center Pro account?
Yes. Each mailbox in your account can be set up to receive email from one or more email servers by setting up multiple POP Server connections. For example: Let’s say you already have three external email accounts (a company-specific email server, GMail, and MSN) and you want to route email from all three accounts into your Email Center Pro account. You could set up a mailbox called ‘Inquiries’ and then attach three POP Server connections for each external email account. In this case, email from all three external accounts would be stored in one mailbox. OR, You could create multiple mailboxes in Email Center Pro and route email from only one external domain per mailbox. This can be used to distribute email by department or project, especially if the external accounts were set up to receive a certain type of request (such as sales@paloalto.com for all sales-related questions).
