you can proceed with your suggestion it then depends on what standard of lawn you will want if you just a better looking lawn for the family and children to play on that will work fine if however you are requiring a lawn to show off a la bowling green then you will need to put a lot more work in by getting a lawn stripper and preparing the ground properly
