Can I return the Bedge once I ve purchased it?
For your protection: We regretfully cannot accept returns due to the health issue of transmittable infectious diseases as Bedges are a bedding product for personal use. Bedge 1 Year Warranty Against Defects Bedge, Inc. warrants that our product, is, on date of purchase, free from defects in materials and workmanship. Bedge, Inc. will replace any such defective Bedge, free of charge, when returned within one year of the purchase date. If you do need to return a defective Bedge, please contact Bedge Customer Service at 1-800-525-4820 or email us at contact@bedge.com. Be sure to enclose details within the email explaining the defect with the original date of purchase and your contact information. * Please note that the foam will yellow as part of its normal aging process and is not a defect. The warranty does not cover damage by accident, misuse, abuse or alteration of the product or by an other condition beyond Bedge, Inc.’s control.
