Can I return or exchange a product purchased from the Scandia Down® website?
Yes. Scandia Down® wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund, merchandise exchange or credit if you return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we will replace or refund your merchandise in the event of a manufacturer defect for up to one year.
