Can I return items purchased from the factory in Hong Kong to Symphony in Brass?
No. Symphony in Brass is not responsible for any items purchased from the factory showroom in Hong Kong and will not exchange, replace or refund any items. Symphony in Brass is the distributor. You must have your Symphony in Brass original tracking number, confirmation number or proof of purchase (i.e. email, fax, packing slip) for returns.
