Can I return funds to my Definity HSA if I withdraw them by mistake?
Withdrawals made for what you thought were qualified medical expenses, but turned out not to be, can be returned to your Definity HSA if you made the withdrawal in error. Complete and mail or fax a Withdrawal Correction Form, available at DefinityHSA.com or through the HSA links on myuhc.com, on or before April 15 following the year in which you mistakenly withdrew funds. Consult the HSA Schedule of Fees and Charges for the fee associated with this transaction.
