Can I return / exchange items which are incorrectly sized?
A. What we ask is that you first try to find someone else at your centre that can use the product which doesn’t fit. If there is no one else that will fit the item, then yes, we will exchange the item. Simply fill out the Returns Authorisation Form (right mouse click and save to hard drive), email to estore@ymca.org.au and an RA number will be issued to you. Once the RA number has been issued, please print the RA number and return in the box / post pack with the items to be exchanged. Only garments which have not been worn will be accepted for exchanges. Sites are advised that the cost of returning the garments will be at their own expense.
