Can I return an unwanted present for a refund or credit note?
A. If you are the person whose card was used to purchase the goods then they may be returned for a refund against the card used to make payment. Please read our Returns Policy and Returns Instructions carefully. These are contained in our Terms & Conditions. If you are the recipient of an unwanted present, then we regret that it cannot be returned for a refund. Obviously you will be able to return unwanted gifts if you arrange it through the original purchaser of the goods.
