• If the request comes within 30 days of purchasing the contract, the SmartNet contract return is subject to approval by Cisco. • If you have used the contract in any way (for tech support, equipment replacement, or IOS downloads) Cisco will normally deny on return request. • There is a 15% restocking fee on all SmartNet Returns, after they are approved by Cisco. • After 30 days, any requests for returns or refunds on SmartNet contracts must be made directly with Cisco.
