For Calendar events, unfortunately you can not restore events from the Deleted Items folder. For Contacts you may restore items from the Deleted items folder in Outlook. If you would like to restore the Contact: • move the item back to the Contacts folder • open the record in Contacts • click the All fields tab (along the top of the Contact information) • click on the value of the CybozuRecordID and delete the value (Outlook will probably refill a value of 0, this is OK). • Run Address Book Sync again and the contact will be added back to the Share360 Personal Address Book.
