Can I reserve the pool & cabana area for a private party?
Yes and no. If you wish to have a party with more than 5 guests, you must make a reservation and pay a $50 refundable deposit. However, the facilities cannot be reserved in the sense that exclusive use of any portion of the facilities is allowed. No other owner or resident can be denied access to, or use of, any part of the facilities, including the kitchen. The purpose of the reservation is simply to ensure that multiple parties of sizable crowds do not occur on the same day. Please refer to the “Documents” link on the left navigation panel or the “Neighborhood News” section of the home page to find the Pool & Cabana Reservation Checklist for more information. To see if a particular date is available go to the “Calendar” section of the website. If someone has a reservation it will be indicated in the calendar.
