No. You will have to contact the Court Office to schedule 9.30 attendances.

Yes. When filling out the Reserve form, select \”Chambers Appointment\” as the booking type. The Commercial List Court office designates a certain number of Chambers Appointments as available on each Court day. If the day you wish to book your Chambers Appointment does not appear in the search results, it is likely that all available appointments have been booked.
