While we can neither book upgrades nor guarantee frequent-flier-mile accrual for bookings made through the Domestic Companion Airfare Program, the airlines will in most cases honor upgrades and provide mileage accruals just as if you booked through any other provider. For example, if you enjoy airline elite status and have available upgrades in your account, the airline will most likely honor your upgrades. Please contact the airline directly with any specific questions or concerns.
