Can I request tickets by telephone, email or through the Costco warehouses?
For security measures, we do not accept ticket requests by telephone or email, because the security of credit card information cannot be guaranteed. All events on sale are exclusively sold on the Costco Event Ticket Services web site and are not available in our warehouses. Our toll-free telephone number to our Customer Service department is for technical assistance and is not set up for telephone sales.
