Yes. These documents can be faxed to you, for a fee. However, staff members assigned to the enterprise register are required to send a copy of it by mail as well. Certificates of compliance, attestations and certificates of conformity (which accompany certified copies of documents on file in the register) are official documents issued and signed by the enterprise registrar.
