Can I request phone equipment to be added, moved or changed through ePhoneBook?
No, equipment moves are handled through the Telecom office. For equipment moves, just call the UCAT Business Desk at 4-2340. However, you can make all other telecom changes via the change request form in ePhoneBook. Note that because we have your department information in ePhoneBook you no longer have to provide as much information in your ePhoneBook telecom request.
