Can I request KwikPay if my account is past due?
Yes. In most situations an interest-capitalizing hardship forbearance will be placed on your account to bring it current prior to the first debit occurring. However, you will not be eligible for a forbearance if you have a private or alternative student loan or have used 60 months of forbearance time (for loans with some lenders). You will receive notification if your account has been set up for KwikPay or if your account did not qualify for KwikPay.
