Can I request items that are on a Gift Registry for a recipient to be included in the Gift Basket?
We would be delighted to accommodate this request, but ask that you please contact us directly at (608) 217-6337 to clarify the customization of your gift. What is your return policy? We will gladly accept returns within seven days of receipt of our products. All products must be in saleable condition. Within seven days of delivery, we will gladly replace products damaged upon arrival. We’ll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Initial and returning freight charges on non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer. When we receive the item back from you we will issue a credit for the amount of the item less the original shipping charge within 48 hours to the source from which the order was placed (your credit card).
