Can I request for replacement or refund if I am not satisfied with the philatelic products ordered via “Stamp OnNet”?
Subscriber or his/her appointed representative should check the condition of the philatelic product upon collection. If any damage is observed, the subscriber shall contact Hongkong Post Philatelic Bureau or the post office at his/her earliest convenience, in any event not later than 1 month from the date of issue. Hongkong Post will arrange for replacement subject to the availability of stock while subscriber shall have no claim against Hongkong Post for any loss arising from the damage and/or replacement of the product. Request for refund will not be accepted by Hongkong Post in any circumstances.
