Organizations in the City of Williamsburg, and James City and York Counties are eligible to receive both competitive and capacity building grants within the same year. Please see capacity building guidelines for eligibility. Organizations in Charles City, Gloucester, New Kent, and Surry Counties are only eligible to receive Foundation-Directed or Capacity Building Grants.
